Description
(1) Setup & Support: Walk through the email functionality in V4.0 and learn how to access and configure email settings. Ben Dexter explains the importance of setting a default reply-to email address, especially if employees don’t use individual emails, and shows how to test email settings. He also highlights how to personalize communication by adding employee email addresses in the Employee tab, ensuring replies go to the correct person.

(2) Functionality: In this video, we're going to walk through email functionality inside V4.0. In our previous video, we walked through the settings aspect of email. We're going to continue on that path and talk about where do we use email in the application now that it is set up.
