The Service Writer Productivity Report is a listing of all parts ad labor sales within the specified date range for each service writer. The system lists technicians and service writers, even if they moved to another shop or were marked as Inactive.

The report displays the following information:

- Gross Profit
- Actual Hours
- Billed Hour
- Billed Amount
- Gross Profit
- Sublet
- Charges
- Supplies
- Discount
- Net Sales
